REPORT ON SYSTEMATIC CORRUPTION IN THE SWEDISH JUDICIAL SYSTEM
and
ONE SPECIFIC SUCH CASE
A legal client claiming against a lawyer in Sweden meets an impregnable union spirit. In other countries it frequently happens that lawyers are found liable to pay damages, but in Sweden that seldom happens, except for trivial mistakes. Many jurists protect each other from sanction. The method used is twisting the law, twisting evidence and twisting words. After that silence and passivity follow.

In this analysis and report of corruption, I have tried to focus on an everyday problem in the Swedish judicial system. I have used one specific example to illustrate the situation with crystal clarity. The observations and analyses are not entirely my own, they have also been made by professors of justice, journalists, lawyers and victims of an unfair judicial fellowship.

If the analyses are correct, they imply that this case should be handled entirely outside Sweden; in Strasbourg, Oslo, Copenhagen or Helsinki for language reasons, with no Swedish jurist involved, as an impartial analysis can not be guaranteed in Sweden. To find an impartial Swedish court for a case of this kind, is like playing roulette or finding an impartial court inside Serbia for the trial against the ex-president (*). The bulk of documentation has therefore been written in both English and Swedish.

Read the book.
